Recipe: Coconut Chaas(Vegan) (From Kitchen of:Punita Shah)

Ingredients:
Frozen Shredded Coconut- 2 cups
Filtered Water- 2cups
Other Ingredients:
Cilantro, lime/lemon juice (few drops), salt, curry leaves, cumin seeds.


Directions:
Add the shredded frozen coconut and water in vitamix or any good blender and
thoroughly blend it. Add the other ingredients now and pulse in the vitamix. Filter
the drink and garnish with some fresh cilantro.


Note:
Add the spices as per your taste. You can reuse the coconut pulp after filtering for
any cooking needs.
