Ingredients:
Carrot – 5-6 count
Ginger- 1 inch
Himalayan salt(optional)- pinch.
Directions:
Make carrot juice in a juicer along with ginger. Add Himalayan salt if
needed.
Note:
This juice is for the mono juice diet.
Do not filter this juice as it is pulp-free in a juicer.
Add the condiments as per your taste.
