Recipe:Day 11 Rejuvenating Juice (From Kitchen of:Punita Shah)

Ingredients:
Cilantro bunch with stalks- 1 ½ cup
Mint- 2 cups
Green Bell Pepper-1/2
Green Grapes- 15-20
Ginger- 1”
Lemon -1
Cumin Seeds- pinch
Black Pepper- pinch


Directions:
In Vitamix or any good blender, blend the ingredients and filter the
juice.


Note: Add the condiments as per your taste.
This juice helps rejuvenate after 10 days of juice diet and can be
consumed after your regular green juice.
