Recipe:Delicious Grape Juice (From Kitchen of:Punita Shah)

Ingredients:
Sweet Grapes- 2 cups
Ice – ½ cup
Ginger- 1 inch
Fresh mint leaves- 10-12 count
Lemon- Few drops
Roasted Cumin Powder: ¼ tsp
Himalayan Salt (Optional)- As per taste


Directions:
In Vitamix or any good blender, blend the grapes with ginger and mint
leaves. Filter the juice and add a pinch of salt(optional), sprinkle some
cumin powder, and garnish with a couple of fresh mint leaves on the top.


Note: This juice is for the mono juice diet. Add the condiments as per
your taste. Heart-healthy grape juice is filled with Vitamin C and K.
