Recipe:Healthy Beets Drink (From Kitchen of:Punita Shah)

Ingredients:

Beets – 4 medium size

Cucumber- 1

Apple- 1

Lemon – ½

Parsley- 1 bunch

Directions:

To make this healthy drink, use a juicer to juice beets, cucumber, apple and parsley. Add lemon juice to taste and sprig of parsley for garnish and enjoy!
