Recipe:Refreshing Pineapple Juice (From Kitchen of:Punita Shah)

Ingredients:
Chopped Pineapple - 2 cups
Ice – ½ cup
Ginger- 1 inch
Fresh mint leaves- 3-4 count
Lemon- ½
Roasted Cumin Powder: ¼ tsp
Black Pepper-pinch
Himalayan Salt (Optional)- As per taste


Directions:
In Vitamix or any good blender, blend the chopped pineapple with
ginger. Filter the juice and add pinch of salt(optional) and black pepper,
sprinkle some cumin powder and garnish with couple of fresh mint
leaves (finely chopped) on the top.


Note: This juice is for the mono juice diet. Add the condiments as per
your taste. This juice is high in Vitamin C and is anti -inflammatory.
